The Organisation

Thare Machi Education aims to retain a small UK administrative base and use supporting Associates, Patrons and Trustees

The day to day running is handled in Leamington Spa by three full time and one part time member of staff;

Stephen Clarke, Bev Pettle, Emma Hartwell, Kay Bugg and Tracy Stanbury.

The Head Office is supported by Helen Taylor Thompson OBE who works with Company Secretary Tracy Stanbury from her home in Sussex.

Far more important than any of these people are the Partners working on the ground.

These are local people, working locally in Africa and Asia to make the world a fairer place.

Our Organisational Structure puts the end user right at its heart.

Our decisions are driven by their needs rather than funding priorities.
